I was extremely disappointed with the inside of the property. Very narrow and poorly lit hallways. If you are NOT a smoker, a different property should be considered. As soon as you enter the property, the smell of cigarette smoke hits your airway! The TV to one of my rooms did not work at all. The bed linen seemed clean but of poor quality. The AC was very noisy; it kept going off and on. My overall experience at this property was poor. I will not be staying at this property again.

Nightmare in Shelton The Customer Service Reps at the front desk were great. So pleasant and helpful. Other than that, nothing good to say about the hotel
