Totally Furious Very disappointing and frustrating; arrived at the hotel only to find out they had our reservation but no room available. This was a very stressful night for us after attending a family funeral only to find out our room had been given away and because of a busy weekend in that area, we could not find any room within 50 miles of Shelton. Will never recommend Hotels.com, unbeliveable.

They ahould be banned from serving as a hotel. Expedia shpuld ceetainly sever all ties from them. Despite twice confirming my late night check in, needed after a 3 hour drive from Bboston, includong at 1030 pm , when i was told it was "no problem" to arrive around 1 am,... there was NO ONE there to check me in at 1 am ir any way to reach anyone. The door in back they use a rock to keep it open keys don’t work in it anybody can walk in. Garbage around the facility ac smells bad like mold they only clean every 2 weeks tubs have mold around caulk

There was a very unique stinky smell in that hotel. A mix of old nasty place and lack of cleanliness. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was nice and polite and I felt bad that such nice people had to work at a place like that. Location is great! There are plenty of GREAT hotel around it. I was trying something else this time and regretted it.

Terrible - I wouldn't recommend! I chose this hotel based the reviews. Unfortunately, I found it extremely dirty. The first room I was given had a dirty bathroom - very gross. The second room was not much better - I found a clipped toenail on the floor - do they vaccum at all?!?! The hallways were dirty too. The smells throughout the hotel - I have no idea what they were but they were nauseating.
