I felt the property should have been upkept a bit more, things falling down in the room, unable to get housekeeping after 14 day stay is a bit outrageous. Dirty linen needed to be brought downstairs for clean ones. Was very disappoint in my stay and the price tag wasnt worth it.

After I left premises at 1:30 someone tried to charge my card for an additional stay ... Was definitely not happy about it ... And staff was notified

The worst hotel! I think this is the worst hotel I have ever experienced in any hotel in any country (and in Africa). (1) No staff to check in, so I had to wait a long time and they were rude (2) No toilet paper or soap, only a small bottle of shampoo (3) The worst dirtiness and lack of basic facilities anywhere in the hotel (I don't know if they even clean it) (3) I feel like I have escaped hell as I am checking out now that I am wondering if an American hotel can be like this. No rooms available at the time of check-in. They finally gave us a room 40 mins after but when we entered the room the room was not clean. Lack o personnel, several guests complaining about different issues at the time we were there for check-in. We ended up canceling the reservation and looking for other hotels nearby.

The room smelled like a sewer. The room was also dirty and the bedding was filthy.
