The shift manager/attendant didn't even care about sighing with a smile as she was busy on phone assisting someone else. The rooms were small and old with full of carpet smell. The hallways were disgusting with awful smell.

Manager Kristy Evans was very bad and rude. She didn't care about my injuries and refused to let me eat breakfast every mornings.. When I needed help, Kristy yelled at her employees not to help me. I'm handicrippled and deaf. Very bad manager...

I was disappointed that even though i reserved a Queen room through expedia, the hotel put us in a room with two full size beds instead and didn't bother to tell us when we checked in. After we came back and asked the receptionist why we got the wrong room she said they were overbooked so they had to give us a different room. Very dissapointing but other than that, my stay was fine.
