FRONT DESK PHONE I tried calling n several times to inquire and make a request after I booked my room while I was still traveling. There’s SOMETHING WRONG ABOUT THEIR CALL CENTER. 1) no matter what phone number (local or 800) and making any choice to direct the call ALL and EACH support person said same thing when asking them “I need to speak to the front desk” They comment each time after requesting to be transferred was “I’m sorry I can’t do that” SO ANNOYING 2) After I arrived I mentioned this issue and they asked me same... read more

I was charged three time for my stay . And I had to change my own sheets twice . And I there was never a staff member at the front desk.
