All staff was friendly and professional at the same time. I heard the one elevator has been down for three weeks now that is unacceptable. However we made do with the one that does work. They should an ice machine in the building, and it would be nice if they had a shuttle bus to drop the customers off at the airport.

Got in late and left early. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable And room had fridge and microwave but no eating utensils. Breakfast was skimpy.

It is definitely for longer stays. For one nite it lacked amenities. Ex. There were ice trays in the fridge, but you needed to fill with water and freeze them. Desk clerk said we could get ice two blocks away at convenience store. Grab and go breakfast - a muffin or an energy bar.

The room was very spacious. The staff Pm and Am were awesome. They didn’t have an ice machine so we had to go out and by some. Also the night stand drawer full of someone else’s food trash

The continental breakfast was a sad one....no food only small muffins and cold coffee served.
