Will stay there each month I go to St. Louis Randy, the night clerk, was patient and thorough, looked me in the eye. The room was very clean and smelled good, too. I have allergies, so bring my own bedding. I have always earplugs and an eyemask so noise from other guests just living their life does not get to me. I was so relieved to find such a perfect room at a great price, and plan to stay there each month I go up to St. Louis. Also, thanks to Sarah and Ellery during the day. Everybody seems to be trying !

All staff was friendly and professional at the same time. I heard the one elevator has been down for three weeks now that is unacceptable. However we made do with the one that does work. They should an ice machine in the building, and it would be nice if they had a shuttle bus to drop the customers off at the airport.

Got in late and left early. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable And room had fridge and microwave but no eating utensils. Breakfast was skimpy.
