It is definitely for longer stays. For one nite it lacked amenities. Ex. There were ice trays in the fridge, but you needed to fill with water and freeze them. Desk clerk said we could get ice two blocks away at convenience store. Grab and go breakfast - a muffin or an energy bar.

The room was very spacious. The staff Pm and Am were awesome. They didn’t have an ice machine so we had to go out and by some. Also the night stand drawer full of someone else’s food trash

The continental breakfast was a sad one....no food only small muffins and cold coffee served.

The lobby area is extremely small. With the prices they charge, a breakfast, not just coffe & muffin, should be provided. The room's HVAC was very noisy. The first floor was okay.
