I like where the hotel was located what i did not like was we had no hot water for hours .

20 minute early check in additional fees is ridiculous! Will NOT book anymore with this chain because of it. Everyone waiting causes congestion at check in time! It’s near impossible to arrive exactly at check out time . Appears that the bottom dollar is more important than the customers convince-shame on yous
