I would like to say thank you for letting me stay at your lovely hotel, my name is Brittany Rainey I was in room 322 and the lady I think she was a manager in the day time, at the front desk was super helpful. Everyone was nice and got along it was very peaceful and they was on point with cleaning up everyday. My trip to California was very amazing and I was so happy idk how to act. I was attending an event at the Stockton Arena. This hotel isn’t far from it which was a major plus and the hotel staff was very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition.

Room was Comfortable & Clean & Sanitary! If you 'smell smoke or cigarettes in the hallways', then; LOOK OUTSIDE! [1] You're next to a busy Interstate Highway; exhausts linger! [2] You're in the CA Central Valley, Farmers BURN debris in their field! [3] Chimneys in the buildings around this property. [4] 'Nearby Motel' doesn't have Interior hallways, so; earlier reviewer wouldn't smell cigarettes or smoke -there!

I reserved a non smoking room but when I checked in all reality aiming room so era smoking. To my surprise the corridor smelled but the room did not. The room was a little shabby, but overall was fine.

Didn’t like being overbooked into a smoking room. (My husband has asthma.) The staff was excellent though, and let us check to see whether or not the smoke smell was too much (also offered a full refund if necessary). We couldn’t even tell it was a smoking room, it was so clean. The mattress held only the faintest trace. Housekeeping here is on top of everything here and does a fantastic job!!

Check in was easy and fast . The lady that assisted us for check in was nice . On the day of check out I called front desk to let them know we were running late and if we could do late check out . An extra hour . She asked me how much time we needed I told her an hour , she then said she could only do 30 minutes. So why did she even ask how much time we needed if she was going. To decline . Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean comfortable room, quiet. Close, but not too close to freeway. Close to restaurants and shopping.
