Right at home awesome room and staff...I loved it so much I booked it for another 7 days. Its clean, reasonably priced and I feel right at home... I love it here

A bit rundown The sheets were scratchy, the towels were "exfoliating" and the entire hotel smelled like a jumbled up restaurant. The smell can be accounted for by it being an extended hotel with kitchenettes, so that might be seen as a positive. I had to get dressed in the morning to go to the front desk to borrow a hair dryer - and then it worked for about 15 seconds before it stopped working. There is an iron in the room though... go figure.

Wedding Room was clean but room and hallway smelled like old smoke. Parking lot was crowded but found a space quickly. Bed was hard and lumpy and only queen size. Near restaurants and far enough away from street and freeway noise. Was quite until 7:00. Someone was out smarted by thier car alarm.

Respectable for a Great Price Hotel is in a convenient area of Stockton, virtually at the intersection of Interstate 5 and March Lane. I am not sure why the hotel says it is close to the airport. On the other hand, it's not like it's really far, either, and there are probably zero hotels that are better between this one and the airport. The rooms have been redone, but some of the rooms have been abused by guests--nothing terrible, just visible wall repairs (fixed and repaired, just not textured properly) or shower rods that... read more

Customer service could improve Manager had a disgruntled customer in the lobby upon my arrival. Very loud and distracting. Would suggest that when this happens to takebthem into a office or a empty room something so everyone doesn't have to listen to it. Room was for a friend sho smokes. Hotel.com offered s smoking room. Upon arrival there were none available. Nothing was offered to ease the burden of this inconvenience either. No discount, no upgrade to a king size bed from a queen size bed. Great places to eat and easy access to I-5. I don't mind staying here due to easy access to I-5 and lots of places to eat. It feels safe and secure.

Staff needs better training on customer service . Staff needs a refresher on how to provide satisfactory customer service. House keeping needs a good training on how to properly clean and sanitize a room. Walls should be wiped down ,head boards , mirrors ,air unit,windows,ect. Should all be cleaned when each guest checks out. Both times that I stayed there I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned all of the above and some and please believe it was dirty.
