Noisy Was put in a hearing impaired room. Not sure why since I didn’t request it but it does explain why it was so noisy. My room was next to the electrical room. Could hear people in room above and people outside our room walking around and banging doors. Hotel furnishings are worn. Room was dusty.

Extended Stay America is wonderful! I was booked into a different hotel that turned out to be dirty, scary, and just plain horrible!!! There was domestic violence in the room next to mine and two men had a fist fight right outside my hotel door. When I called Travelocity (from the bathroom, fearing for my life) they helped me get a different hotel and spoke with the front desk to get me refunded. Nice Hotel close to lots of good eats My stay is always pleasant here, there are a ton of near by places to get good food. Plenty of places near by to shop.
