Staff was very nice..I had requested that the cookware for the kitchenette was placed in my room upon arrival well I wasn't even offered it during the check in or anytime after I didn't even get it at all

The staff was not friendly, very short or not courteous. Like they didnt make it enjoyable. Around 1 am the hallway smelled like weed, and the room cleaning lady woke me up around 6 am cleaning next room. I was on third floor not sure why they couldnt wait until later
