$250 unfair charge The actual stay was really nice and the staff was really nice during the stay and the room was clean and everything was great until they charged us a smoking fee to my card when neither of us smoked in the room. I was 32 weeks pregnant at the time so there’s no way I’d allow that. My husband does smoke medical cannabis due to his injuries from the major car accident he was in. Worst stay ever! There were bugs everywhere in the room, the towels smelled like mildew, and the floors were filthy dirty. My sons socks were so black. My kids were scared to sleep in one of the beds because of the bugs on the floor and the stains on the sheets. We left bright and early the next morning and went to a better hotel. I would love my Money back!!

The Hotel is rundown, Noisey early mornings 12:00 midnight on. Three Handicapped Parking Only. I called regarding 1st Floor. The Manage claimed she tried to call me, she did not. The most UnProfessional when lied about taking Cash, only if you are there more than 7days,, who is going to give them over $2,000 cash (No Hotel) for they can be Robbed.
