I reserved 7 rooms one was dirty, and two had bed bugs, we took pictures and video and my nephew was bitten by these bugs. They changed one of the rooms but the one they replaced it with was on the floor for pets and it also had bugs.

Dirty and run down. Rundown, dirty with no amenities. Parking lot was full of trash, room smelled bad, AC fan would not stay on constant mode

Cigarette smoke As you enter the elevator, thru the hallway it smelled of cigarette. The bathroom also smelled of cigarette even though I checked into a non smoking room. They need to to something about it as it bothered me as I am allergic to cigarette enven to it's smell?

DISGUSTING Horrible visit. Wasted 110 dollars. I felt like I was in a seedy hotel.

nice quiet area close to the shopping mall I specifically requested no smoking room, instead, I got smoking room on the 3rd floor. The receptionist started pointing out that I might booked the room online etc. but finally she checked me in the requested no smoking room.

The kitchen he no kitchen item including a coffee pot or cups. No hair dryer

Smoke Smell Is So Bad I reserved a non smoking room and was given a smoking room on the 3rd floor. I was then given a so-called non smoking room on the so-called "non smoking side of the 3rd floor" but clearly it was not non smoking. The entire 3rd floor and my room smelled so bad of smoke that my clothes and luggage reeked for days. This location needs to seriously ban smoking in or around the hotel like most other locations in California.

Smells like weed/cigarettes First impression, a nice hotel. Walked inside immediately smelled weed and cigarettes, this smell was throughout the building. Our room didn't smell bad otherwise i would have left. I booked a queen and was given double bed room. The blanket was dirty or stained, GROSS. I have a toddler and the problems i listed need to be resolved. I was happy about the price and it comes with a kitchen. The employees were really nice.
