Good place, clean & employees are very polite but forget about the food. Breakfast is just coffee & snacks. Other than that very nice place.

The area was pretty nice, a little loud here and there since it’s near the airport. The staff was kind of nonexistent. The room had its issues like a lumpy flooring near the window. If you’re exploring Buffalo and the surrounding areas, everything is within driving distance. Within the last two nights of our vacation I got bite by two spiders. Yes there were spider webs that we had to clean up our first night. The wifi was working unless you leave then when you try to sign in to use it, you have to call IT to get it fix. Who... read more

Room and facility were very clean. We stayed 9 nights but it was an additional charge for any housekeeping services. Staff was difficult to communicate with but generally helpful.Extended stay room was equipped with full size refrigerator and 2 burner induction cook top. The microwave was placed so high that as a 5ft 3in tall female, I could barely reach to place an item in center on bottom. Kitchen sink had no garbage disposal. There was no dishwasher.
