Staff was super nice. The walls are thin and you can hear the person above stomping around, people in the halls all hours of the night. Definitely not a quiet nights rest.

Excellent customer service very clean
The hotel and our room were very clean. Out room was quite spacious and had everything we needed. We have our favorite places to have breakfast when in Buffalo so we weren't concerned with the breakfast on offer, but I'd echo other reviews by noting that it's pretty lame in comparison to similar places we've stayed. It was very well located fpe things we wanted to do and the airplane noise was noticeable at times but not bothersome. We'd stay here again.

Property was very close to airport, about 5 minute drive. Rooms were small and are in need of renovations. Water pressure was horrible and water temperature when showering was warm at best. We had issues with insufficient parking one night of stay so had to park in reserved EV spots

You have to ask for any type of cookware, silverware, dishes and cups. The television didn't work the entire 2wks!
