Bathrooms need updating looked dirty. Second night something was leaking from ceiling making my bed wet on left bottom portion through the night slept sideways on the bed. Called told staff in the morning he came to look but did not offer some kind of refund. Will not return.

Falsely Advertised A Hot Tub & Indoor Pool There Is A Indoor Pool With No Hot Tub & My Room Had A Non Working Air Conditioning Unit So After A Full Night Of Sweating Like Crazy With My Young Children & Multiple Trips To The Front Desk To Ask If They'd Fix The Problem After Many Hour's Of Complaints & Waiting On A 90+ Degree Day, They Finally Changed My Room To A Different One , However I Feel At Least Half Of My Payment Should Be Reimbursed For Our Absolutely Uncomfortable Stay The 1st Night. Thank You

Even though we got there during check in hours, no one was at the front desk. I had to find a number to call them. The front desk guy was in the gym cleaning it. The hotel had an odd smell on top of the smell of weed. The room was clean, but unlike other extended stay suites, no dishes were provided in the kitchenette. You had to order them which was inconvenient as we got there late after a conference. Area felt a bit sketchy.

There were many areas that needed maintenance such as painting, tile repair, Caulking and areas in the parking lot needing repair They offer breakfast in the morning but very limited - small muffins (one choice) regular coffee (no decaf) and hot water for tea and oatmeal. When speaking to the desk staff they spoke very quickly and with their accents were very difficult to understand.

Horrible customer service! Its completely horrible you make a reservation and they tell you you have no choice but to check in at 11 am but all throughout the night all hours of the night you have people checking in.! Theyre very rude people.!

I don't understand why there were people sscreaming and slamming their room doors at 2 am? It had happened on numerous nights during our stay. I did not see the attendant come around to control the situations.

I would not recommend this for a stay bathroom stuff was dirty and staff was not very friendly
