Clerks and employees weren’t friendly. Establishment is yet under construction. Some of the rooms weren’t completed. The rooms we were finally assigned were clean. Shortage on towels.

My impression prior to arrival was apprehensive. I received an email stating that if I canceled or tried to change the reservation, I forfeited the reservation and there would be no refund. The location is excellent. The building is yet under construction. I was assigned 2 rooms that were yet being renovated before getting a sufficient room. The service was poor. The room was clean but when we got in it the AC was off so it had a weird smell. We had some broken safe and windows. The hotel smelled HORRIBLE!!! And the hallways had no AC Will not go back
