I don't understand why there were people sscreaming and slamming their room doors at 2 am? It had happened on numerous nights during our stay. I did not see the attendant come around to control the situations.
I would not recommend this for a stay bathroom stuff was dirty and staff was not very friendly
Not so clean The bed had hair made up in the sheets.
Clerks and employees weren’t friendly. Establishment is yet under construction. Some of the rooms weren’t completed. The rooms we were finally assigned were clean. Shortage on towels.
My impression prior to arrival was apprehensive. I received an email stating that if I canceled or tried to change the reservation, I forfeited the reservation and there would be no refund. The location is excellent. The building is yet under construction. I was assigned 2 rooms that were yet being renovated before getting a sufficient room. The service was poor. The towels are bad and they don’t change them, the air conditioner doesn’t work
