My wife and I stayed for one night. I drove in from Oswego NY to pick my wife up from the airport at 1am on Sunday and we decided we would stay the night and drive back home in the morning. I checked in at about 8 pm and stayed until her flight arrived at 1am. I called the front desk to tell them that I didn’t have a tv remote for my tv in my room. Previous guests clothes and stuff in refrigerator. Toiletries absent . Has to go down for soap. Breakfast was stale coffee and Walmart muffin. Joke - “cold breakfast’ bathing towels size was for babies . Beds not even queen .

Room was nice but plane noises from the airport were distracting. Room had a missing fire and smoke detector and the light switches in the bathroom were not conveniently located.

Don’t recommend this hotel Poor communication between customers and hotel staff. Had (2) different types of hair left in the tub/shower. Muffins fit for??? No coffee available at breakfast. Towels and wash clothes paper thin. Couldn’t dry a popcorn fart let alone a 250lbs man after a shower. One of the worst hotels my wife and I have stayed in

Room was of poor quality with no amenities like a coffee maker. On last day the fire alarm was set off causing a huge delay in our departure. Out of all of my various hotels I’ve stayed in over the last thirty years this was the worst.
