Room was not clean and no provision of complete toiletries and only the cold breakfast available and the pool was not clean..

Concerned by a smell of sewer throughout the property. My room had no smoke detector. When showing staff a photo they kept asking if the detector didn’t work and I kept explaining it wasn’t there. Lack of basic understanding of the problem. No solution.

Didn't want anything special when I made the reservation, just a convenient location for the trip. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work only blew hot air all night. And because the windows were blocked from opening, that made it not only a code violation but very uncomfortable. My two star review is not because of the poor functioning of the air conditioner but the appearance of a lack of any kind of empathy from the front desk. After describing my issue, there was a head nod and that was the end of it.

Very basic. Airplanes fly over late at night and early in the morning. “Free breakfast” is stale muffins, instant oatmeal and bad coffee….that’s it.

The whole places smells horribly, the doors to the outside (safety doors) don’t shut and lock and the tv has no cord.

deplorable stay If I could give this hotel less than a "1" rating I would. It was a deplorable building. Homeless I believe pay to stay here which would be okay, but there's absolutely no control regarding noise or quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Check in was with a gentleman who was less than friendly and not accommodating. This is NOT a hotel that should be able to stay in business.
