The room was clean but when we got in it the AC was off so it had a weird smell. We had some broken safe and windows. The hotel smelled HORRIBLE!!! And the hallways had no AC Will not go back

Unexpected large amount of money for early checkin . No glassess or other ce can in the room

Horrible attention, no breakfast, dirty, people drinking and screaming in the hall

The hotel room smells stinky, smells bad. The property is not clean. The restrooms are not maintained clean and towels are not soft and not usable at all. If i have an option for negative ratings then i will give -5 star ratings.

Convenient to major routes. Staff very friendly, but after 1 week we had to ask for clean towels. We also had to put our garbage outside the door. Never notified as to how often rooms are cleaned. It wasn't done unless we asked. We were staying there for 2 weeks and a few days and when we arrived 1/2 hour early they wanted to charge a fee. I refused and we waited until the proper time. Worst Hotel Stay of My Life We checked in at 5p on 7/3 and were told all of the kitchen items - coffee makers, etc, were all given out and there were no more available. Our room was dirty when we arrived and had a strong odor. At 10:45p a hotel employee entered our room without knocking, using a master key card and scaring me to death. This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The sheet was stained, the floors were dirty and sticky, there was a stray pill on the shelf, there was garbage on the floor, my dog found a used qtip, there was a dead bug squished on the wall, and the counters were not clean. The room also smelled like cigarettes and dog pee. Then when I went to complain and got new sheets, I pulled off the old sheet and the mattress was covered in dog hair. Completely disgusting. Will never stay again.

Do not tecommend It was a family stay . The place was stinky and room was dirty. Overall I will never recommend this place to anyone

You wont sleep The hotel is literally next to the airport so you hear the airplanes landing and taking off at all hours. The walls are very thin so any bit of noise in the halls will wake you up. My floor next to the air conditioner was wildly warped and felt like it was going to cave in. Finally there was a moment where I was returning to my room after a long day and accidently went to the wrong room.
