The worst stay ever! They need to take the feedback seriously. I recently stayed here for 3 days with my family rooms, which are not clean , not even having basic amenities , (not even towels) had to ask them . . We booked the room with breakfast including! Lol that was a joke only coffee station with muffins , EXPIRED PACK OF OATS (WE OPENED AND IT WAS ALL BAD ) , and rice krispers. They called this a breakfast. Moreover upon asking some extra creamer from front desk he denied saying we need to get milk or creamers from out... read more

The description of the reservation says breakfast included when we came down in the morning to have breakfast. It was just packaged cookies and muffins. The coffee was cold and the creamer had turned the amount of money we paid was not worth it would not stay again.

Check in staff was not friendly and seem uptight

The rooms were clean but the overnight front desk attendant was unhelpful when the guests in the room above the 2 I had booked were loud until midnight and again at 6am keeping us up and waking us very early.

There weren't enough towels or toiletries provided. When asked for more, the hotel didn't have any. Four people had to share 2 towels for two days.

Nasty Nasty, bugs on the bed pills in drawer all types of stuff

Probably wouldn’t stay again There was no wifi, the breakfast was trash and the hottub wasn’t working

Breakfast was not good. There was literally nothing in the morning. Just some cereals. Pathetic....
