The property itself is nice. A lack of customer service as we had to deal with loud kids running around playing football in the halls around our room and other guests rooms the 2 nights we stayed. I blame the parents for letting them do this, we called front desk about it many times and he didn't really help. Also there was no hot breakfast, more like morning snacks and coffee that's it. The property needs updating. The bathrooms need an update. The “food” area was not clean. No water in the “food” area. For the price, not worth it

There were 30 kids running around the property playing games and screaming when we arrived. It was chaos. Internet didn’t work.

This property is a shelter called extended stay. The breakfast items were outdated but still being served. This is a buyer be wear stay. It is non smoking 🚭

Couldn’t sleep at night, horrible noises I wanted to relax for my 1night stay at the hotel cause I do work a lot. I came from Canada and booked this hotel. Hemant at front desk was nice, I couldn’t not sleep at night because the room above me (Just to mention I was on the ground floor room 104) yes the guest at room above me were enjoying their personal moments and were so loud and making weird noise at 2:45 am that I could not sleep.
