Microwave not working in room 220 called the desk, staff person said he will be up to check on the microwave. Waited an hour, no one came, called the desk several times, got no answer. Went down to lobby, spoke with staff person on duty about the issue , said he would be up. He did not come. My daughter moved the microwave to the desk and plugged it into a different outlet, it worked. Disappointed in this poor customer service.

Room was not up to standards, walls very thin, refrigerator in room very noisy! Limited breakfast, no plates or utensils in room, homeless man eating breakfast. Person cough all nite next to me, sounded like he was in the room. Experience wasn’t pleasant, check out after first nite!

Very loud at night. Guests were banging doors all night past 3am. Wifi was in and out. Breakfast was promised upon booking but it is basically just coffee and yogurt. Don’t get your hopes up. Also we booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was out of service. Probably will not be back

The hotel beds were uncomfortable along with the pillows. Toilet ran all night and made noise. The continental breakfast was an absolute joke and included: bitter crappy coffee, muffins and a granola bar!
