Accommodating staff The hotel was having maintenance issues when we arrived late but they were very accommodating. The staff I dealt with were some of the best, in my experience. Our room was clean and very basic. Our only issue was there was a strong odor of fumigation spray (for bugs). But, we found no trace of bugs in the room.
Comfortable stay All the employees were nice and friendly but they are in a transition period so some items were unavailable. The rooms had washcloths and bath towels but no hand towels. The elevator was not working and we were on the third floor but they did ask if we’d like to switch to a different hotel. The couch in our room obviously had been used previously by someone with a cat because it was covered in scratches. The breakfast was just granola bars and mini muffins.
