Comfortable stay All the employees were nice and friendly but they are in a transition period so some items were unavailable. The rooms had washcloths and bath towels but no hand towels. The elevator was not working and we were on the third floor but they did ask if we’d like to switch to a different hotel. Easy stay no real complaints. They did have a garbage truck come each morning during my stay which you could hear outside as it was quite loud and very early in the morning. Otherwise it was quiet

This was our second stay within a 5 month time frame. Staff is very friendly. Would prefer a king bed, 2 little cats take up alot of space. My only complaint was the garbage truck at 3:00 am emptying the dumpster, please try to reschedule that task.

My stay at Spring woods Matthews was a nice place to stay, It was clean. The only thing was no iron, got locked out before check out 11. No one comes on on sunday until 10am. I think check out should be 12:00, like the hotels do or give an option for late checkout. I have done it at hotels with no extra charge. Offer discounts to non-profit organizations, would be nice.

We came into town on Saturday afternoon. The check-in process was slightly tedious mainly because the attendant was texting and conversing with a co-worker regarding room clean up. My entire check-in process took over 15 mins. Because the check-in process took so long, I was unable to go and view our rooms. However, upon our return to the hotel.
