The staff was very rude. The paperwork literally said "Thank you in advance for taking your trash to the dumpster" Say what??? One piece of soap was in the bathroom. Only thing decent was that it was relatively clean. No coffee, no snacks, no nothing!

The property was ok. The office has limited hours. Smokers can crowd the entrance, which makes for some unpleasantness. Our room wasn't the room we reserved and also had a big dead roach on the counter. Luckily we were able to get it resolved before staff left, but they seemed reluctant to resolve the issue, since their system showed one thing, but my Expedia confirmation showed another. Bills itself as weekly rentals. Hallways and stairways were never cleaned, full of stains and trash. No amenities at all; everything available for a price. Less expensive to stay at a Hampton Inn and at least get coffee and a clean facility.

Hotel smelled horrible, hallway floors wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there. Never seen a cleaning staff either the entire stay. Definitely would never stay again

Hotel needs a deep cleaning. My room had stains on the wall and blonde hair was in the shower. I have black hair. Floors and elevator clearly dirty. Cleanliness should be spot on especially during COVID
