the worst i have ever seen condoms in parking lot vomit outside the lobby not smelly but stinking rooms loud people roaming the halls all night police were called to remove some.

the parking lot had condoms and vomit the rooms smelled so bad our clothes had to be washed and we only stayed one night. we checked out earlier than scheduled along with others we met in the lobby. there were people in the hallway at all hours noisy and even had to call the police to remove someone. not recently remodeled as advertised. the worst i have ever experienced, and i am 64 years old and travel a lot.

Bad condition of bathroom door, tilted microwave due to a screwthst had come out, entry lamp not working, kitchen oven not in a good condition, no coffee pot in the room

Room was very dirty, bed had bugs on it even after I asked for clean sheets staff refused to correct problem or transfer to another room

As soon as you walk in the front door it smells like stale cigarettes. I had to wait ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The batteries in the TV remote were dead and when I asked for new batteries the attendant pulled some batteries out of a desk drawer which only lasted overnight. At checkout I again had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk.

Absolutely horrible. The door to the lobby was taped open so you could even enter to check in. Filthy hallways and lobby. Security was non existent since doors leading to a rear parking lot were left open all night. The entire facility resembled tenement housing.

Cancelled our reservation without calling us to let us know they were doing so. Offered terrible explanation as to why they cancelled our reservation and literally kicked us out of their lobby telling us to find another hotel. Thank god a Hilton hotel was across the street. Offered us an amazing deal and was much nicer, cleaner, better staff, and a beautiful place to stay.

The absolute nastiest place I've stayed. It's a non smoking place yet our room smelled like a carton of cigarettes and that wasn't even the worst part. We took the sheets off the bed and it looked like a murder scene took place on it. I wish I could post a picture of it it was so horrendous. We were in the room for five minutes before we gagged and coughed our way out of there and asked for a refund.
