Not good. No hot water. They struggled to get a key to work for my room. Comforter had stains.
There was no hot water throughout the whole hotel so my family was unable to shower comfortably during our stay.
The clerk ( white lady) with red hair) was rude. She lied about the condition of room, one of her best one. There was no heat water, the phone didn’t work and there were ants and roaches. The office was until 7am I called the number no one asked and when she decided to come in she at first lied about being unaware of the conditions but later said she would credit $6 back on my card, she didn’t due to the whole establishment were out of hot water. The customer service was horrible. No one was in the lobby... had to call for service. The lady was very nasty and disrespectful.
Infested With BEDBUGS!!! This hotel is infested with BED BUGS! I was bite all over my body including my face! Went to checkout & was told I would receive a refund once the Manager came in. Next I received a phone stating that I could not get a refund because when they went to check the room it was no signs of bed bugs! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PLACE! Manager was very disrespectful!
They had a lot of roaches and things were broken it was ridiculous
Sink in bathroom ran constantly. Faucet was loose. Room smelled of smoke.
