Not bad Not so great - internet in and out all the time, TV was supposed to have CNBC and did not - just a constant battle with the internet was the biggest issue - they said they were working on it but 2 days, issues all day.
I have called customer service and filed a complaint they said that they would call me back in 24 hrs I heard nothing.
DO NOT STAY at this property. It is dirty staff totally incompetent and does not know the meaning of the word civility. Checked into a room with ceiling light fixture missing fresh snot dripping on the wall gross dried out food in the fridge and complete drawers missing from the cabinet. the worst i have ever seen condoms in parking lot vomit outside the lobby not smelly but stinking rooms loud people roaming the halls all night police were called to remove some.
the parking lot had condoms and vomit the rooms smelled so bad our clothes had to be washed and we only stayed one night. we checked out earlier than scheduled along with others we met in the lobby. there were people in the hallway at all hours noisy and even had to call the police to remove someone. not recently remodeled as advertised. the worst i have ever experienced, and i am 64 years old and travel a lot.
Bad condition of bathroom door, tilted microwave due to a screwthst had come out, entry lamp not working, kitchen oven not in a good condition, no coffee pot in the room
Room was very dirty, bed had bugs on it even after I asked for clean sheets staff refused to correct problem or transfer to another room
