Tv didnt work No cups Had to wait a hour for someone to come to front desk Paid for 2 nights but keys got cut off after 1st night no staff at front desk to issue new key had to wait

it’s was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at !!

We arrived there and check in the hotel they give us room 310 went inside the bed was dirty so have to change room 312 and same dirty and moved to room 313 open the top sheet and found the bed bug crawling on the bed I have a picture and time when I took the picture . I will never stay there again

I was able to sleep in the bed and the bathroom was clean. Other than that this place needs tottal renovations. It is not nice at all.

Not good. No hot water. They struggled to get a key to work for my room. Comforter had stains.

There was no hot water throughout the whole hotel so my family was unable to shower comfortably during our stay.

The clerk ( white lady) with red hair) was rude. She lied about the condition of room, one of her best one. There was no heat water, the phone didn’t work and there were ants and roaches. The office was until 7am I called the number no one asked and when she decided to come in she at first lied about being unaware of the conditions but later said she would credit $6 back on my card, she didn’t due to the whole establishment were out of hot water.
