The front desk clerk was nice but not professional. The lobby, elevator, and the hallway floors needed swept. The room had a smell and needless to say, I didn't stay and cancelled my reservation. I forgot that people are living here, too.

Squalid This is possibly the dirtiest Hotel I have stayed at during my visits to America. I booked to stay for a week and checked out after one night. Reception didn't even ask why!! So they must know how bad it is. The carpet wasn't vacuumed, there was a thick layer of dust over everything. One of the seats was covered in mud and the other what looked suspiciously like lady juices!!. Not as good as last stay Strong unpleasant smells and additional strong smoke smell. Not exactly the cleanest. Last visit was better but this time it’s a little more run down. The only reason to stay is the friendly staff who are very helpful.

Location is good. Rooms smell tobacco. Bathroom not flushed. Pillows with hair on them. DO NOT stay here.

There were people sleeping in the lobby on the floor and on two chairs. I can not believe the staff would allow that to happen!

The bed was hard, vending was outrageous, no ice machine and the breakfast was granola bars and coffee

I really didn’t like anything regarding the hotel. Staff is not nice and no proper maintenance of the hotel and more over it is not worth of price. I towels are not clean.
