Das Hotel war sehr dreckig. Auf den Bildern im Internet sahen die Zimmer ganz anders aus offensichtlich stark bearbeitet und nicht der Realität entsprechend. Die Zimmer wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, es kam keine Putzfrau. In den Gängen und im Hotel selbst roch es stark nach Müll. Zudem hielten sich dort viele merkwürdige Personen auf, sodass man sich nicht wohlgefühlt hat. Alles in allem kann ich nur dringend davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Got delayed response at reception. Room mattress was not comfortable

We have not received the deposited amount yet . Even agates calling multiple times to the front desk

On the Orbitz website, this hotel stay said it "include breakfast". No "breakfast" was available or provided. There was simply coffee, and some store-bought muffins were placed on a table opposite the front desk. Secondly, the bed had no blankets provided, the pillows were meager and only one plastic cup was provided in the bathroom. The water pressure was also very low (room 136). The room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty. I had to switch out the sheets. The bathrooms were not clean. The room smelled like smoke when I came down to exchange the sheets they gave a can for breeze to try to make the room smell better. I would never recommend this property to anybody.

Our stay was ok just that the hotelonly provides three pillows on the bed and qhen call for the fourth pillow they said they dont have one another thing was that they didnot carry an ice machine nor ice buckets or a gift shop .Front desk staff always step away for the front office so when you needed to call for something there was nobody to help you it was like fending for yourself .

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes calling out hello with no answer. Finally I called the phone number and the person answered b he was behind the counter the entire time he just never came out from around the corner. Shuttle service does not run when I need it but that detail was not provided at booking. Lack of service lack of important information just overall a poor experience.
