No breakfast . Only had a table on that coffee, te and snacks. Need clean everything .

Bath tub was clogged, we were given another room and the heater didn’t warm the room enough we still needed sweaters. On day 2 there was no hot water. Staff didn’t communicate that with us we found out when we complained and overheard them telling the group of people checking in at the time

We did not have water for over 2 hours, they never even mention an apology for the inconvenience. It was very disappointing for all of us staying at the hotel. We were there for only one night, our plan was to check in, shower and head over to time square for the new year celebration. We couldn’t shower after our long trip or even use the toilet or wash our hands. I have never experienced anything like it in a hotel. Our stay at this hotel was very much a disappointment from our room door not locking from the inside to our little pantry not being stocked with pots pans plates or cups let alone ice the hotel has no ice machine and vending machines are pricey
