Disappointing the building we were in had a ton of construction going on. all the flooring was ripped out in the hallway. there was also a busted door frame and broken baseboards in our room and the bed was so uncomfortable. super easy to find, quite location very friendly staff

Never again Everything was messed up at arrival. Room wasnt available, rude desk clerk, outside call girls. Dirty room. Had to walk over men ripping carpet up. At 10pm. Location

They canceled my PAID room and left my sister and children in the cold I paid upfront (IN FULL) for a room for my sister, as rest stop while traveling cross country with her children. I spoke with (A) explaining my sister will be arriving late night (which why I paid for the room in full) - I wanted them to check in and rest. THEY CANCELED THE RESERVATION AND GAVE HER ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE!! hopefully once renovations are done they will be better suited for guests hallway and stairs were very dirty and smelled of smoke. outside was littered with cigarettes. they are doing renovations and we were asked to remove our belongings-however it seemed as though our room had already been renovated. there was something sticky on the floors we had to wear shoes or socks in the room. the bed is comfortable and the room was recently renovated
