Don’t plan on staying at this hotel chain EVER aga Terrible! Not clean. Sink drain was broken when we dumped liquid it went all over the cabinet and floor. We had to ask for a hair dryer. No plates, etc. they over booked rooms so we were supposed to have 2 double beds. Ended up with a king and rollaway (which I’m not sure if I’d rather sleep on springs or in thehorrible bed! Pillows were terrible too!” Only positive was the friendly desk attendant and location!

This property is in need of renovation. I have stayed at other locations of the same hotel and have had a positive experience. There was just an overall dinginess, from the poorly lit hallways to the retro un-chic room. I was given a room down a long dark hallway on the first floor facing the parking lot...did not feel safe. When I asked for a different room, I was told that they were all booked up - which I find hard to believe. And the complimentary snacks...a bag of microwave popcorn. The room was so dirty when I checked in. I was so tired I didn’t care. The floor had crumbs all over it. Hair in the tub, with a used wash cloth.

Disappointed again! This was the second time we stayed there in less than a month and the both occasions, we asked for extra pillows and they said that they were out of them! Then, we went looking for the ice machine and couldn’t find that so went to the front desk to ask and they told me that in our room we had two ice trays in the refrigerator that we had to use if we wanted ice! So asked her them, “how long do we have to wait in order to make the ice so we could use them for our drinks”? Every single property that I have ... read more

Extended Stay----not! Absolutely a "bare minimum" hotel. No ice machine---you have to make your own with trays in the room. No hair dryers--not even available on loan from front desk. Our room was not made up during our stay (2 days), one washcloth and one hand towel for two people. The clerk at the front desk was not available because he was busy doing the laundry in a room behind the reception desk. Front desk service was nearly non-existent in person or by phone in the evening.
