We would have liked to know at check-in or posted in room The wifi code, the secure parking arrangement. The reasons and or how to get dishes, coffee pot etc. that we thought would be there. Make sure you walk your dog before dark around the area.

Room was dirty with stains on the floor and smelled like cigarettes. This property is run down and the people who stay here are sketchy.

Terrible service and staff was very rude

This property allowed another person to check in using my Expedia account. They did not check an ID or credit card to verify that the person who made the reservation was actually me. When I called, they refused to rectify the situation and even hung up on me.

The "free breakfast" was a granola bar and old coffee. Pictures are nicer than real life. This was not my top choice, not even top five, but happened to be in town on a weekend were everything else in the area was sold out.

Never want to extend a stay here… Because my wife and I stayed here anyway since we were so incredibly exhausted from the 35 hr. trip we just had driving, I’m SURE I’m not eligible for a refund. But it would be so nice to be reimbursed for what I paid for last night. That was an absolute joke to have paid $143 for what looked equivalent to that of a motel for $75 which I specifically wanted to avoid for a reason.
