A/C did not work, very low water pressure, roaches

Hotel was overbooked because rooms weren't cleaned and the staff was rude.

Terrible Bad customer services, so dirty, the room was infested with bugs! I know you get what you pay for and I wasn’t expecting the world but this place was just gross.

Although booked on Expedia, and payed, they gave priority to another individuals and left me out at 11.00 pm ! Unbelievable management and terrible treatment I would definitely not recommend if you want to just get in the hotel as you may be out...

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.Breakfast consisted of coffee. Our toilet overflowed and we could not find the turn off knob so my husband had to use his hand to plunge the toilet.

Absolutely awful No water to drink. Or to flush toilets or even take a shower in. And nope no discount for the inconvenience and in addition a ridiculously rude front desk lady on a war path of anger.

No water! Booked hotel for husband as he was traveling.Husband called to state he checked in, but hotel had no water. Neither of us were was not contacted by hotel about the issue, received text "after the fact" from Hotels.com @ 9:38pm- Hotel's communication with partners (Hotels.com) was very poor, no discount was offered or given when requested. Problem was solved, but I was on the phone with Hotels.com until after 11PM! Husband had to leave hotel at 4AM for a flight, he needed sleep, and to complicate the matter, he had ... read more

The hotel lobby and hallways were dirty and worn. But that was not the biggest problem. After we checked in and went to our room we learned that there was no water in the whole hotel. The front desk person had left her post for an extended period and we just stood there waiting to be able to check out and receive a refund.
