The complementary breakfast is very very limited. Also, when I asked for a blanket for the sofa bed they only gave me two sheets because they did not have any blankets.

There is a strip club in the same parking lot. If price is an deciding factor for you I get it. But I would never have bring my family there. We literally checked in and within 10 minutes we left and found another hotel. The broken elevator and the smell of urine in the rooms were the icing on the cake

This property is terrible! Don’t stay here! No towels, the hotel smelled horrible it’s right behind a strip club!

I booked this as a cheap place in case I had to stay in the Tampa area but expecting to be in Sarasota. The first room smelled of cooking by a former guest and I had a hassle getting changed to another room. Lamps don’t work. The included breakfast consisted of coffee, a packet of instant oatmeal and hot water. Habitable but not enjoyable.

Staff was friendly, we booked 2 rooms and first impression right after getting into the building was a really bad smell like rat poison products then first room smell like cigarettes and kitchen was very rusted and bad, second room smelled really bad like weed and toilet wont even flush and we decided to leave right away. Took parents and kids to stat and will never ever again book that place . Really need better administrators and renovations.
