This hotel was dirty with visible mold No one at desk at check in. Once I was able to get checked into my room it was visible dirty with the bathroom tub full of mold. The toilet did not flush and the wi-fi did not connect. I planned on staying three nights but checked out early due to the condition.

Smells bad inside The hotel looked really nice from outside and was in really good neighbourhood. But inside smelled really bad. The “ free breakfast “ killed me completetly, we went downstairs to find out that the little coffee station with couple packs of instant oatmeal bags is a “free breakfast” .

Dirty Honestly, I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. Everything was covered in dust. The room rugs were so stained. The bed covers smelled and were visibly dirty. The iron in the room was burnt and the ironing board was so rusty it didn't open. There are no hair dryers in the room. I came down to the front desk to ask for service and it was unmanned. Employees were in break rooms and looked very disinterested in providing basic customer service.

First and Last time at Extended Stay Not happy at all. First of all after a long tired drive getting to this hotel I got out of my car and needed to use the bathroom. I ran into the hotel and told them I was checking in but needed to use the bathroom first. I was told the only bathrooms they had were in guest rooms... Wait, WHAT? You get what you pay for Run down hallways and roomfurnishings were in poor condition. There’s a kitchenette but no coffee pot or utensils or dishes. No hair dryer in room. Took 45 minutes, two front desk calls and trip to desk to get one. Hallways smelled badly. There’s a reason it’s inexpensive.

The area and the hotel felt completely unsafe I got into Tampa early and stopped at the hotel. The neighborhood and hotel felt completely unsafe and caused me to choose to head home early. I would not suggest the place to anyone traveling by theirselves.
