Unable to sleep the entire night, someone banging from the upstairs floor. The place was dirty. Will never stay here again.

Stay was ok stay over there for four nights due to my mom had a procedure done and it was close to her doctors office. Mom would stay in the room while I went to work. When we left I clean the room even mop the floor. Was going to stay there yesterday because my mom had a follow up. And they said that we can’t stay there because there was a smell when we left. Extended stay hot springs It was a nice quiet night I slept like a baby and then I hit the shower just to find out that nothing but hot boiling water could come out of the shower I tried all knob positions before I Karen up and complained about it the front desk was not helpful at all they said that the maintenance people showes up around 9 am I had to pull a backpacker shower style if you know what I mean

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The smell in the hall made me sick. The cleanliness was the worst part. Other people’s hair on the shower wall.

We had to cancel our stay because the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking and our room wreaked of cigarettes. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience.
