Don’t stay Creepy, weird smell not safe.

The rooms are poorly kept and out dated. It was very dirty and not to mention one of the night stands were missing in the room I was in. It was a very disappointing experience. I'm glad it was only 1 night stay. I will never return. The rates were over priced and the air conditioner was very loud also my room smelled like cigarettes when I entered....a complete dump!!!!

We booked via Orbitz. Arrived at the property, the property was over booked and they sent us away. Called Orbitz to investigate and get refunded as this was not our fault. Response from Orbitz “ We would like to inform you that we have spoke with Extended Stay America - Toledo - Holland on your behalf. Please be advised that they decided to follow the terms and conditions of the booking and not issue a refund.” Ummm… not sure how that response is acceptable any way you look at it. Had trouble getting hot water, the shower flow was a trickle. Not even coffee in the lobby . Room key didn't work 3 of the 4 nights. Would not stay here again.

WORST experience This was the worst hotel I've stayed at when it comes to cleanliness, friendliness, wasnt as advertised. We will NEVER stay here again! Fully equipped kitchen was a lie, they gave us 2 plates, cups,bowls silverware for a family of 5, 3 being kids under 6. On our 3rd day we were finally given to pans with no utensils. My 4 year old brought me a pill found on the floor and the manager acted as if he didnt care. Two employees refused to give us toilet paper for the room. Remote didnt work for tv. Smells like smoke, dirty, stained carpets, staff was unkempt and never present. Another guests made a comment that he didnt know he would be in a halfway house. VERY dissapointing and felt unsafe. Do not recommend.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelled of marijuana, urine and cigarette smoke. Housekeeping was terrible and NO amenities provided - not even ice! You had to ask for the most basic supplies at the front desk. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly.
