Below average Stayed for 5 days and only kept reservations b/c it was prepaid for. Room had smokey smell even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. Carpet and furniture stains made place feel uncleansly. No dishwasher to clean dishes. Low per night cost and excellent location made it palatable.
Absolutely Terrible This had to be the worst hotel experience that I've had in a very long time (maybe ever). Walked in the door and was overpowered by the smell of cigarette smoke. Sign proudly displayed on the little table saying "no smoking room". Front desk guy says they have a problem with ventilation system but don't have another double to move us into. Disappointment I reserved a room for my brother and sister in law because there son was in the hospital....we were disappointed at the cleanliness and up keep of the hotel in general. I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and this one if FAR below normal
Poor room/Maintenance Room had paintcoming off, door did not shut right, toilet leaked, bathroom sink would not drain water. Had to call front desk 3 times to receive any type of service. But most importantly the elevator did not work and was not only on the third floor, but had to use the stairs with my companion who was wearing a boot for a broken foot. Very noisy due to street location. Would not recommend.

Absolute dump! Given keys to room at 5:30pm. Room door was cracked open and bed was unmade. Reported at desk and went to busin meeting. Upon return bed was made, but furniture was broken with huge cigarette burn holes. Huge black grease spots in carpet. An absolute dump!!!

Disappointed Non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room. No cups or coffee maker as advertised. Small, thin towels. Gross microwave.
