Upon entering the room it had an unusual odor. There was pubic hair still in the tub area and on the toilet seat. The comforter on the bed had brown stains on it. Will not return if visiting in that area.

There is a minimum of a week stay to get the room cleaned. I was concerned if the room was clean at all when I arrived. Then the shower knob would not work properly. Had to wait for staff to come and replace it. It was not a quick turn around time for the repair. Delaying my plans. They are understaffed and put extra burdens on their workers there. It is shameful how the company exploits the workers.

This proptery when walking in has a foul Oder and yellow walls. The room itself was worse, the fridge was rusty and had dents all over it. The bathroom was left unclean, the walls were dirty and the smell had a musty and cigarette smell to it even though smoking is not permitted.

I didn’t take a photo, but there were a good amount of random brown specks on my comforter. The noise issue was mainly the refrigerator turning on at night, which was a bit unpleasant.

Second time staff was informed about terrible shower! Requested refund!!

If you need something like bath towels, paper towel, bathroom tissue you have to go to the front office. If you will stay more than 7 days that’s the only time you have room service. There is a continental breakfast but you can only see 5-8 orange 🍊. There’s no courtesy coffeemaker inside the room.
