Worst customer service, super dirty rooms, smoking inside hotel

Grimy room but a convenient, safe spot The room wasn’t cleaned. There was a dirty wash rag dangling from the shower head, the toilet bowl needed to be scrubbed of poop particles, the toilet paper needed to be refilled. But, the price was right and the location was good as far as nearby food and amenities.

You have to go to the concierge for utensils shampoo & conditioners. Which needs to be stocked when you have a suite with a kitchen. Breakfast was a JOKE.
