I think people actually Live here. This place was gross, dirty, smells like weed. Stains on the carpet in the hallways looked like Blood! Never again

My partner and I experienced the worse unprofessional customer service during check-in at this Extended Stay. We had prepaid for a 4-night stay through Expedia and arrived with our IDs, but the front desk associate, SHIRLENE, repeatedly questioned us and refused to give us our room because we didn’t have a physical credit card, even though we had already completed the required authorization form in advance. I book around 6pm saturday and went to the hotel by 1215 am They cancel my booking because their system is down.

This hotel staff is terrible. The house cleaner contaminated my toothbrush and tried to kill Me here. I will not be going back here
