The room itself appeared to be clean. The couch was uncomfortable, the bed could have been better. There were black spots on under the air conditioner and we found a roach in the cabinet. Also, they provide dishes to be able to cook with but you have to provide your own dish soap to clean them.

I liked the cleanness and the staff was awesome . I loved the apartment feel and everything that went with it. I would definitely stay there again

The property was nice. We booked a suite which was very spacious.

Everything was great, the staff was really nice and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is that when I got in the shower I noticed the water was not going down so I thought it had something stopping it which I had to pull out but I ended up pulling out a whole bunch of hair.

I liked the room was clean and had all the amenities listed,but would have liked to have a coffee machine in the room, and staff explain more about whether or not we had to carry out garbage ourselves or leave towels outside door to get clean ones the next day. Since we had a 6 AM flight and had to leave the hotel around 4 AM, no coffee was available at that time.

We made a reservation made for 4 guests for a room with full kitchen. On arrival we had to make numerous trips to the front office to get stuff that was missing in the room. No one will get this to your room, You have to fetch the missing stuff by yourself. We had only dishes for 2, sheets and pillows for 2, no toaster. We were told that the hotel was out of forks and pillows and that we had to wait til monday to address the situation with management. We checked in on a Saturday so we went out and bought a pillow in a store.... read more
