The room itself appeared to be clean. The couch was uncomfortable, the bed could have been better. There were black spots on under the air conditioner and we found a roach in the cabinet. Also, they provide dishes to be able to cook with but you have to provide your own dish soap to clean them.

I liked the cleanness and the staff was awesome . I loved the apartment feel and everything that went with it. I would definitely stay there again

We made a reservation made for 4 guests for a room with full kitchen. On arrival we had to make numerous trips to the front office to get stuff that was missing in the room. No one will get this to your room, You have to fetch the missing stuff by yourself. We had only dishes for 2, sheets and pillows for 2, no toaster. We were told that the hotel was out of forks and pillows and that we had to wait til monday to address the situation with management.
