Disgusting The room smelled horrible for one. There are roaches in the room as well. I go there well after 3 PM and the room wasn’t ready. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke and feel humid like. The room felt so dirty and humid with cold air blowing. Not even sure how that’s possible. Never will I stay at this location again.

The place was not clean. There was roaches and no soap for dishes.Iwas in a kitchenette room sobad no clean dishes. Room vents was not clean it looked disgusting. Sofa bed had crums and food crom previous guest. Some of the staff has no Finesse. Or hospitality.

I booked a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, there was a strong smell of marijuana in it. Opening the window did not help. Besides, there were serious noise issues past 10:00 PM, and I could not sleep. I had to check out and find another hotel.

I felt the front desk could have done better with customer service. My card kept deactivating, I requested to extend my stay and they could not accommodate, they had only some of the complimentary items, and when asked for additional towels and face clothes had to wait a couple of hours for those to be ready. The outside door access lock was open most of the time and it was just loud all the time.

I booked 2 bedrooms and we got 1 bed. No complimentary breakfast all they have is package muffins! Coffee taste bad!
